Does POC-2 Titan really work worldwide with no monthly fees?

Yes. It works with major carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and more), covers 84 countries, and auto-picks the best signal. No monthly fees or annual fees on the device itself — unlike other POC radios that charge $30–50/month.

How tough is it? Can it survive being run over?

The cast metal unibody is built for heavy use. Drop it from 15 feet — no damage. Run over by a 2-ton vehicle — still communicates perfectly.

What's the difference between "unibody casting" and a regular metal body?

POC-2 Titan uses one-piece die casting — formed in a single shot metal by a 6,000-ton press. No seams, no loose screws. 200% stronger than assembled bodies, 500% stronger than plastic shells, more impact-resistant, and more durable.

How do the GPS & SOS features work for teams?

How do the knob and side buttons work?

Is the POC-2 Titan compatible with the other Poclink radio models?

Yes, absolutely. Both the POC-2 Titan and other Poclink radio models are built on the same Poclink Radios LTE platform, making them 100% compatible. You can add both models into the same talk groups, and users can communicate seamlessly with each other when using the LTE mode. This allows you to easily mix and match radios within your team to fit different roles or budgets.

Are there any monthly/annual fees?

Every POC-2 Titan includes Lifetime FREE SIM service on our Standard Global Plan, working in 80+ countries. While other brands charge $100+ per year for single region plans.

Is there international/global coverage?

Yes, we offer a lifetime free Standard Global Plan covering 84 countries — check the list. Unlike competitors charging $100+ annually for global plans, ours is completely free for life.

Poclink devices work globally with no hidden fees, contracts, or subscriptions.

If you need coverage in a country not on the list, you can upgrade to our Essential or Premium global plan. After you receive your units, if you need to upgrade, please email us at support@poclink.com

Do I need to contact Poclink every year to keep my SIM active?

No. You don’t need to reach out annually. Poclink will proactively contact you to confirm your device is still in active use. When it’s time, we’ll provide clear, step-by-step instructions to complete the verification process.

Can I use the radio without app?

YES! All core communication functions—both LTE PTT and Analog PTT—work independently without the app. The app is only needed for advanced features like viewing the live GPS map, managing groups remotely, and changing advanced settings.

How do I download and use the Poclink App?

You can download the Poclink app for free from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Just search for “Poclink” or "Poclink radios".

Or you can go to the footer of this website, we attached a QR code there for you to scan and download it.

Once installed:

On your radio, press “Bind App” to enable pairing mode.
Open the Poclink app and connect via Bluetooth.
Once paired, you can:

Create or join a group
Rename and manage your devices
Check battery levels
Share group codes or QR codes
Use voice replay and group talk

Can I create or join multiple talk groups?

Absolutely! With Poclink, you can freely create and manage your own groups—for family, work, travel, or any situation.

Each group is independent, so conversations stay organized and never interfere with one another. Unlike some other brands that start charging $10-20 or more per group after your second or third group, Poclink offers unlimited group management for free. No hidden fees, no limits—you’re in full control.

Can the POC-2 Titan call or ring mobile phone numbers?

The POC-2 Titan is designed for group communication, not for making regular mobile phone calls. It does not dial or ring standard mobile phone numbers.However, if both radios are connected to the Poclink app, you and your friends can communicate through the app on your smartphones within the same group. Even if you don’t have the radio with you, you can still use the app to stay connected and talk with your group.

Who can see my GPS location?

Your privacy is critical. Your location is only shared with the members of your private, encrypted group based on your choice and is only visible on the secure map inside our app. It is never public, and you can turn off location sharing at any time.

If I am currently using another PoC radio brand, do you offer any incentives to switch to Poclink?

Yes. We offer transition incentives for customers moving from other PoC radio systems to Poclink.
