Community Rules

Effective Date: January 28, 2026 Scope: These guidelines apply to all users who visit, follow, comment, share, interact, send direct messages, or otherwise participate in POCLINK’s activities on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube (hereinafter referred to as “users”).

General Principles and User Agreement

  • By visiting or interacting, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these guidelines and the applicable platform terms of use.
  • Continued visiting, commenting, interacting, or otherwise participating constitutes explicit consent to these guidelines and any updated terms, which are binding.
  • If users do not agree with any provision of these guidelines, they should immediately stop visiting or interacting.
  • Users commit to complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules while using the services.

Our Goal

POCLINK is committed to creating a respectful, positive, and constructive social media environment, encouraging users to discuss POCLINK content, ask questions, share experiences and feedback, and jointly build a healthy and orderly community atmosphere.

Allowed Content

Users may post or participate in the following types of content:
  • Constructive discussions, genuine feedback, experience sharing, and questions
  • Information and opinions related to POCLINK content that are polite and lawful
  • Encouragement of positive interaction, information sharing, and community-building behavior

Prohibited Content

Users must not post or disseminate the following content (including but not limited to):
  • Duplicate information, spam, or irrelevant content
  • Insults, attacks, harassment, threats, vulgar or hateful speech
  • Content that threatens the safety of others, promotes illegal behavior, or may cause risks
  • False, misleading, or potentially dangerous information
  • Disclosure of others’ private information, infringement of intellectual property, or other legal rights
  • Unauthorized commercial promotions, advertisements, or sales content
  • Other behaviors that violate laws, regulations, or platform rules

Content Management and User Responsibility

  • Users are fully responsible for the content they post and related behavior; such content does not represent POCLINK’s stance or opinions.
  • POCLINK has the right to take necessary actions against content or behavior that violates these guidelines, including but not limited to:
    • Hiding or deleting violating comments, posts, or replies
    • Temporarily or permanently restricting user access or features
    • Reporting to the platform or relevant legal authorities if necessary
  • Users should independently assess risks when using content, interacting, and participating in activities, and bear any potential direct or indirect consequences.

Disclaimer

  • These guidelines and social media content are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
  • POCLINK does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of user-generated content, third-party content, links, or interaction results.
  • Users understand and agree that using groups or social media content may involve risks, including incorrect information, disputes, financial loss, or other indirect consequences, which are borne by the users themselves.
  • POCLINK is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss arising from interactions or transactions among users.

Terms Modification and Updates

POCLINK reserves the right to modify or update these guidelines at any time without prior notice to users.
Updated or modified guidelines take effect upon publication. Continued use or interaction constitutes acceptance of the updated content.
POCLINK will retain the latest and historical versions on the platform or page for users to review at any time.
If users do not agree with the updated terms, they should immediately stop using the relevant services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formulation, interpretation, and enforcement of these guidelines shall comply with the laws and applicable regulations of POCLINK’s place of registration.
Disputes arising from these guidelines should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring the case to a court with proper jurisdiction.
If any provision of these guidelines conflicts with mandatory local laws, the local law shall prevail, and the remaining provisions shall continue to be effective.

User Feedback and Appeals

If users believe their content was mistakenly deleted or their access was incorrectly restricted, they may send an email to Support@poclink.com. Please provide: username, platform name, relevant content date and description, and the reason for the appeal. POCLINK will review the appeal within 7 working days and provide feedback on the results. Appeal results are subject to POCLINK’s final decision. In addition, users may use the same email to report content or behavior that violates the guidelines to help maintain community order.

Other Terms

POCLINK reserves the right to use, reference, or promote user-generated content, provided that laws, regulations, and user privacy are respected.
The provisions of these guidelines are independent; if any part is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
These guidelines take effect from the date of publication and apply to all existing and future users.
